La Biosthétique: International Award

Biosthetique07

On 25 October, 1100 La Biosthétique hairstylists met in Paris for the presentation of the Beauty Stylist International Award.

Canadian hairstylist Dylan Beatch took home the Beauty Stylist International Award 2015. In second place was Krasimira Yaneva (Bulgaria). Third place Kriss HO (Taiwan). These three hairstylists were selected from among the 23 national winners from all over the world.

For this occasion, the team of La Biosthétique colourists presented their new collection, which focuses on runway trends, but is based on a simple concept: a Paris Street Style for glamorous results. Australian Alexander Fuchs created a lovely cut with two pony tails: one for the base and one for the fringe. Alexander Dinter, La Biosthétique International Artistic Director, camp up with a great cut that allows glimpses of pastel pink to shine through.

Sébastien Richard then presented “Editorial Hairstyle”, where he demonstrated a technique for curling hair quickly. The trick lies in creating a rod of aluminium foil and winding the strand of hair around it before continuing with the flatiron. When it comes to new trends, La Biosthétique put the spotlight on a bronze hue, applied thanks to a new horizontal colouring technique.
