At HKCEC, WGSN has in store a new beauty forecasting platform that they launched just this Spring. This innovative platform is all-beauty inclusive, covering everything from from packaging and ingredients to colour, texture and fragrance. More importantly, WGSN will focus on Gen-Z and offer tips and tricks on how to foster mutually beneficial relationships with the most influential group of beauty consumers around the globe.
The seminar presented by Kline is set to take place at HKCEC and entitled “Beauty Retailing in China: Opportunities in the Direct Sales and Specialty Stores Channel”. China’s beauty industry is skyrocketing (with over +8% in 2018), while cosmetics and toiletries are looking at double-digit growth in both direct sales and specialty store channels.
